Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DELTA — Driving Education & Licence Test App (Android app com.foxripple.delta) handles information. DELTA is published by Foxripple. Privacy questions: dev@blackadv.com.
Summary
- No account is needed. DELTA does not ask for your name, email, phone number or location (an optional display name you may type stays on your device).
- Your learning progress stays on your device.
- DELTA contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services.
- Only if you buy the full course does DELTA send purchase details (the product and the Google Play purchase token) to our verification service, to confirm the purchase with Google Play. Nothing else leaves your device.
- We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Information stored on your device
DELTA saves the following only on your phone, inside the app’s private storage, so you can continue where you left off:
- your choices: exam country, study language, app language, licence type, daily goal, exam date if you add one, optional display name, sound, haptics and appearance settings;
- your progress: answers, review list, bookmarks, lessons completed, practice-exam results, streaks, points and achievements;
- Practical Driving Preparation: your skills checklist, lessons read, scenario answers and practice-assessment scores;
- your unlock, if you bought the full course: the product and its Google Play purchase token.
This information is not sent to us or anyone else (except the purchase details described below).
Information sent from your device
- Purchases (Google Play). The full course is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play. Google processes the payment under the Google Privacy Policy; we never receive your card details, name or email address.
- Purchase verification. When you buy the full course, tap “Restore purchases”, or start the app while Google Play lists a DELTA purchase for your Google account, DELTA sends the product ID and the purchase token to our verification service at
delta-api.blackadv.com. The service asks the Google Play Developer API whether the token is a real purchase, confirms (“acknowledges”) it to Google, and replies to the app. It does not store the token or anything else, and request logging is turned off. If you have not bought anything, nothing is sent to this service. - Links you open. Links in DELTA (for example Sources & References or this policy) open in your browser; the website you visit sees that visit under its own policy.
DELTA uses the internet only for these purposes. Your learning data is never sent.
Why we process this information
- App functionality: to save your progress and settings on your device and to unlock the course you bought.
- Fraud prevention: to confirm that a purchase is real before unlocking the course.
Service providers
- Google (Google Play): app distribution and payment processing.
- Cloudflare: hosts the purchase-verification service and this website. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver requests; we do not receive or keep it.
- DELTA includes no other third-party SDKs that collect data.
Storage and security
Data on your device stays in the app’s private storage, protected by Android. Connections to the verification service use HTTPS. The verification service keeps no database of purchases or users.
Retention
On your device, data is kept until you reset it or remove the app. Our verification service keeps nothing after it answers. Google keeps your purchase records under its own policies.
Deleting your information
- Settings → Reset progress deletes your learning progress, achievements and practical checklist on this device.
- Clearing the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstalling DELTA, deletes everything DELTA stored on the device, including the unlock record (you can restore a purchase later with “Restore purchases”).
- Your Google Play purchase history is managed by Google in your Google account.
- For any other request, email dev@blackadv.com. Because we hold no data about you on our servers, there is usually nothing for us to delete.
Your choices
You can use the free part of DELTA without any information leaving your device. Buying the course is optional. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data; contact us to exercise them.
Children
DELTA is intended for people preparing for a driving licence (target audience 16 and older). It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
International processing
Google and Cloudflare operate worldwide, so purchase verification may be processed outside your country, under their safeguards.
Android permissions
- Internet and network state: purchase verification and opening links.
- Google Play billing: to buy the full course.
- Vibration: short haptic feedback when you answer (can be turned off in the app).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.

DELTA is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Lebanese government, the Traffic Management Organization, or any licensing authority.
DELTA does not administer official driving examinations and does not issue driving licences, certificates, or official qualifications.
All tests and assessments within DELTA are educational practice activities only.
